Not hard but impossible, if nobody tries

Download Trial of Blindwrite 5 or 6 -> copy the linked profile of my last answer to the folder described -> enter last sector of BF 2142-DVD in profile (Size in bytes divided by 2048) -> create your damn image choosing that profile in BW -> give feedback

Not that hard, isn't it ?
