Nope, nothing. However, rest assured that your PC configuration (CPU, video card, whatever) has nothing to do with being able or unable to apply the patch. If you wanna try them all, see
http://patches-scrolls.de for all patches for all games released in the past 14 years (!). And, if none of them work, you gotta contact the publisher instead.
