This is the ea downloader exe (patched to 1.01) and it works for us with dvd install aswell!
This is NOT a crack, this is a orginal EXE, but it dosent ask for the DVD. EA made a no_cd exe without knowing it ^^.
I read this thread in search for a mini image, but found this solution on a other forum and i regged here to share it with you afterwords.
