sry 4 double post, but i found my own answer

i made a image with the newest Alc120%:
Ignore Read Errors [on]
DPM Reading [on] [Max] [Maximum]

after creating the image i mounted it with the newest Daemon-Tools:
Option - Secure mode [on]
Emulation - Securom [on]

After it i changed the device Parameters to:
Vendor: Atapi Model: DVD-ROM Revision: 3.2
and changed the Drive Letter

Befor :
CD-ROM I:
DVD-RAM J:
SCSI(emu) K:

After:
CD-ROM K:
DVD-RAM M:
SCSI(emu) I:

the way to keep it running after a system restart is very simple
u just only have to change EVERYTIME! after a system restart the Drive-Letter from your SCSI(emulated) Drive
thats why i had left the J: letter free - so i can change it after a sys-restart from I: to J:
and yes - it works for me fine with the 1.01 patch

so i hope this will help some other

wish u all great fun with this nice game
