@ Popeye: The file is NOT available in ul.gamecopyworld.com folder so did you really upload it?!

1. There has not been an upload from you or you did not use your nic
2. Files from unknown uppers are added (you can see this for yourself as you see names which never appeared before)
3. Files that have no info file, do not have clear installation instructions, are corrupted or are dupes of existing files are obviously not added
So if a file is not added after a few days there was someting about it that made it USELESS for addition @ GCW
