Can't help you with the name of the setting as I have the German version.
Try to find it and move it nearly left - et voila, feels responsive like Quake4 (not really, but much better).

Could you please indicate wich slider you currently move to the left? If you don't know the english name, just say if it is the first (1) one, the second (2), or wahtever it is. Thanks anyway. This problem is freaking me out!!!!
