I totally agree with you. Unfortunatelly, BlackBean Games have support services to the Italian, French and German markets only!

I even posted my problem in their consumer email, but up to this date, still no reply.
I know this is off topic for the forum, but did you ever get desperate to run something that you really want and you can't? I bet you welcome any help that you get. I know I do.
