Problems forcing Street Fighter 3 - Double Impact (US) into NTSC on PAL DC
Patching the game via conventional patchers works for 2nd Impact, but renders Next Generation unplayable. There is a patch for this, but it only works on the original scene release.
Any way of patching this with just the normal files ?, also, didnt some people have problems self booting this game as well ?.
