thanks for all the replies, i did try all of the mentioned methods above and still no luck
i even exchanged the disc, like slightly off, and still nothing, oin to try exchanging the disc again ??? I ever got to watch the movie as all the movies i own i burn a backup first to preserve the life of the orignals..>TIA
