if its give u a error of mising some dll file so all u need to do is download the dll file from this link
www.webmotion-design.com/d3dx9_27.rar and then u go to c/windows/system32 and u put it ther after u start the game with the file name
resdogs.exe witch it has no icon on it but the game will work .after u can make a short cut on the desctop or whatever u like
