I have to admit that wasnt very helpful now was it. Especially from a forum that is dyeing very quickly.

Anyway there is a homebrew app for the PS2 called UlaunchELF (ULE for short), its like an alternative browser for the PS2. Here is a link to the official forum thread where it is discussed and developed.

You will be able to do many amazing things with ULE from copying memcard saves to another MC, or ever a pendrive in the PS2's USB or an HDD in the PS2's expansion port, or even FTP files from your PC to anyone of those places on your PS2. It has skin support as well and a jpg viewer. You can launch other elf files with it like HDLoader (HDL), Simple Media System (SMS) or any other homebrew app. You can even edit text documents with it.

I have set up a skins gallery for some of the homebrew apps that support skinning which can be found here.

You will of course need some way to boot the app. If you dont have a mod chip you can attempt the exploit but only if you have a V1-V11 PS2 and the new slim PSTwo's do not have this capability. However the best way to boot this app is with a mod chip that supports dev1/2 mode like the Matrix Infinity, Crystal Chip or DMS4.

I hope this has been just a little more helpful and good luck.
