Hmm, I was playing this game at release without the dvd in drive, cant remember what anti blacklist tools I used and if I had to dissable EIDE controler on NForce mobo (through device mananger no way I remove case side door to play any game), but if anyone can tell me if games any good once you get into it I will install and get stuck into it, need complete Trackamnia Sunrise too and FREE add on. ( I sold old controler and was awaiting new one around pre Xmax 2005 timescale) so couldnt really play but messed around a bit with few laps and such, looks cartoon and tropical.
So basically I dont see why anyone has issues playing it now without removing cables from inside PC cause I played it long ago without drastic measures, but I seem to remember being on a NForce mobo helped and obv HDD needs be SATA to kill your EIDE in device manager and still use PC
