Your english is ok, but your swearing isnt calm down.
The best thing to do, is to remove your emulators and any burning programs. (includes AnyDVD if you have it)
Dont worry about the AV.
Now with these gone does the game start, if so then you can start to re-add things until you find the culprit thats causing your game to not start up.
Im sure there is a law in Germany (i think thats where your from) that allows a consumer to have rights over what he has bought. Dunno if you have any legal standing after so many months but its worth a try.
Personally I would have given the company hell for the first 2 weeks if it wasnt working and they werent offering me help.
If at first you dont succeed, try try and be forceful again.
