Search for 'cannot connect TRF' with Google! You will find there are many others with the same problem, and apparently a few different fixes.
It sounds like a conflict with maybe DVD Shrink but there are other possible solutions as well.
Do the search and remember Google is the best place to start when you encounter problems you know little about.
