I just redid this conversion redoing everything word for word and making sure the cd volume name is in caps as well. Once complete, I deleted all files from my pc and installed it successfully from the dvd.
Check the volume name (all capital letters) and make sure you are copying only the files i tell you to. Other than that...not much else really.
