I do'nt definitively know. I can only advise on the basis of probability. The 5V/12V compontns would only be electrically damaged as per burning smell if there was a surge from the main power supply. So I doubt that there are any low voltage components that are damaged. That's why you shuld either ignore it (as per Dal's words) or satisfy yourself that it was just glue settling near/at the power supply.
