there are a lot of problems with some specific graphics cards...specialy with x800 and Gf6600gt!
May 26th is the official release date of the first patch..maybe it could resolve ur problems

Sorry no prob's with GF 6600 GT and one of latest driver like 84.21. to beta 91.25 run proper without any bug.
At same time i have tested with GF TI 4200 Directly go back to desktop.
