I've been waiting with baited breath for a fixed No-DVD EXE for version 1.1 (SecuROM being excrutiatingly slow and 1.0 having the bug with control definitions), but unfortunately on my computer Deviance's 1.1 fixed EXE crashes every time I fire the grappling hook at something hookable, or even look at a hookable object in manual aim mode!
If it makes any sense, the error seems to occur at 0x001729a9 (according to Event Viewer). And yes, I'd previously patched the game to 1.1
