I'm not 100% sure what are you talking about
The game doesn't save automatically. You have to go to a "well" (Babelfish-translation of the German word "Brunnen") if you want to save.
Do you mean a save for a game position or a save for settings??
And what does not show up at GCW?

There is "Prince of Persia 2" and the links are ok for me.
I thought it isn't important if you have the DVD or CD-Version. The cracks work for both.
