To avoid this silly Y-Pos Issue, simply turn Videomode to "OFF" in the Breaker Pro Menu and then start the Game XD

That was one of the first things I tried. Didn't work for me. However, I figured it out about a week and a half ago. All you have to do is burn it with Alcohol 120%. It has a data type option for 'Play Station' that duplicates the copy protection of the CD thus making it a
perfect 1:1 copy. Popped it in and sure enough the screen was aligned as it should be.
