Okay, an what DOES the warranty policy apply to? Are disks, that were damaged by the drive because they were made of low-quality material - rather than you abusing them -, warranted? How do you or they tell WHY the disks got damaged?
Anyway, typical: no fuckin' responsibilities claimed. You're not allowed to make a backup of your original game, but you're not allowed to bother them, if the original gets damaged, either. The stupid customer should instead be very happy that he or she may play that damn game at all!
