I dont have any of the Sims games but from what I understand Nightlife no longer shows up because you have installed Open for Bussiness. This is how it is supposed to be.
Open for Bussiness contains everything that was in the previous Nightlife install.
Its works something like that anyway! I would not go doing a reinstall just yet until someone who does have the games actually confirms (or disagrees) with what I have said.
