I can't get out of Greenwich Village because no matter what I do the computer always crashes (I get a Send Report to Microsoft Box) when I go to open the new district.
Am I doing something wrong?

This problem is not exist in a legitimate copy of the game (look at the page # 2). It appears only in cracked version
