There really is no need to create an ISO image first. Just use nero to burn all those files/folders to a DVD. You can burn them as a 'Data' DVD.
The only real important thing is the label must be the same as whatever you edited it to in ORCA.
And yes this conversion has already been coverered in the CD2DVD thread.
