What does the requirements say at the back of the box?
EDIT: Ill tell you what it says
Graphics Card: 32 MB graphics card with Hardware Transform and Lighting (T&L) capability
The Ti does have T&L but not Hardware its software based, i.e. your card is not good enough for the game.
