Try with 1 GB stick in (if its 2x1GB) and try again, then try the other stick and repeat, if it BSODs on one but not the other then you know you have a faulty memory stick.
If it does the same with both, then perhaps the Hard Drive is the culprit, if you have more than 1 drive install the game on another drive.
Also reinstall GFX and Sound drivers again.

Since its with this game only I am thinking its just a messed up game cause I play Quake 4 (Brilliant Game) Empire At War (Also good but ******* hard) Dungeon Siege 1+2 and they are more graphically and memory demanding that BOS.
