You could also just mod the game with these tools
http://www.petroden.com/eaw_game_utility.shtml Really easy to mod, setting the values for how much the unit costs and how fast it builds or setting the money amount you start with at the beginning of the campaign. Really no use for trainers on this game.

It increases the amount of units you can have on the battlefield.
