Yes backroc2 is correct. In fact the Duo chips turn off the same way as the Apple chips. Just hold reset until you see the "Sony Entertainment" screen, if its a V9/V10 hold reset until you just start to see the blue clouds appear on the screen, any longer and the console will turn off
