There are 2 types of Verbatim DVD-R - DataLife and DataLife PLUS. It will say on the packaging which it is.

If it is simply datalife, then that'll be your problem - they suck

If they're DataLife PLUS, you shouldn't really have a problem...

Though considering DataLife PLUS are fairly hard to find, i'm betting they're standard DataLife discs - and they are useless, quite frankly
