Yeah - publishers will usually replace the game free of charge - all you need to do is send the pieces back, along with your proof-of-purchase (i.e. Receipt from where you purchased it from). Downloaded ISOs are also reknowned for not working, so its no suprise really
If you do as above though, you should be fine and you should be able to get your disc changed fairly easily
