http://mtavc.com/ (Multi Theft Auto, a Modification for GTA: Vice City and GTA III where you play online.) The mod only works if you have the "CD Needed" .exe file. I hate having my disks scratched, and I think someone should crack Multi Theft Auto so you don't need to have the "CD Needed" .exe file to play it.
