[Turbovec]

Hi there, I'm new...hope this is my first of many posts around here. I have a DC utility that I need to be made into a bootable version because all it is right now is a .bin file. I try to use the bintoboot program, but it tells me that I'm missing the IP.BIN file. So it asks me if I want to make one asnd I say yes, at that point it just boots me out and crashes.
