Just for the record, 'phr0z3's' problems was caused through having CloneCD v4.3.3.1 installed! Once it was uninstalled he just mounted his image with Daemon Tools v4 and he is now successfully playing the game!
Just thought I would mention this incase some of you have forgotten about having an older version of CloneCD installed.
