You mean the Skuzz & Me one? If so that's a fixed version of the reloaded crack to work on OS's other than XP with SP2 installed!
I tried it anyway and it works fine on Time Trial, so did a Free Race at Laguna Seca and came first
but the menu highlight went funny like before but the game didn't crash.
Go figure?
