bigmike, you CANNOT copy an original Dreamcast game disc (GDROM) using a standard CD-R or CDRW drive!!!

It just will not work. A GDROM disc is up to one GB in capacity and it is constructed differently than a standard CD-R disc. If you look at the recorded surface of the Dreamcast disc, you'll notice a gap in the data tracks, near the center of the disc. The only data your CD reader will ever see is the small band of data to the inside of that gap. All of the game data is on the outside of that gap. You'll likely only get a disc with 1-2 MB of data if you try to copy it using standard methods.

YOU CAN ONLY COPY AN ORIGINAL DREAMCAST GAME DISC USING A SERIAL CABLE AND SERIAL-SLAVE SOFTWARE (or network crossover cable and broadband adapter and appropriate software). YOU CANNOT COPY GDROM DISCS USING STANDARD CD-R COPYING PRACTICES !!
