Use the Starforce Driver Removal Tool (Google for 'sfdrvrem'). This should fix your problem by removing the Starforce Drivers from your system.
Keep in mind you will have to install the Starforce Drivers again if you want to play your Starforce protected games again.
BTW: This problem is just one of the reason why I wont install or play any starforce protected games!
