I forgot one minor thing. Open the AUTORUN.INF file in Diablo2, and change OPEN=SETUP.EXE to OPEN=INSTALL.EXE, so it will look like this:

[autorun]
OPEN=INSTALL.EXE
ICON=DIABLOII.ICO

Make sure your diablo2 link is directed to INSTALL.EXE (not SETUP.EXE). Try it, and make sure to burn it on an RW. Name the DVD with anything you like. I tested this again and works without a problem.
