You may be interested to know that I have used PrimoDVD with a CD burner to make a 1:1 copy of EA NBA Street and Silent Scope. The backups both work on my chipped (OrigaChip) Jap PS2.

This doesn't mean that I have conclusively proced that PrimoDVD is as 1:1 as CloneCD because I haven't looked at the sub-channel question yet. This isn'rt really surprising, but it's useful to know for those privileged to have PrimoDVD.
