So, there are two reasons for my question here:

1) I am not at home, but I want to play the game! When my friend decides to play the game too, he really has the money to buy it for some Euros at ebay. But in the moment, I want to play the game! And - of course - I want to show the game to my friend. This is not forbidden, or?

2) When the game or TetrisEmu does not work on the computer of my friend, there is a great chance that it will not work on a new computer of mine (as I said, I want to by a new one in the next future). That is something I would not be happy about. So I try to understand why it does not work at the computer of my friend.
