Ahh the only thing worse than a dumb newbie, is a dumb newbie trying to help others. Your suggestions are some of the most ridiculous crap I have ever heard.

The game isn't working on his DC because Echelon did a bad job of hacking the ip.bin file in NFL and WSB2k2, not because he confused a cdr for a cdrw and definetely not because of media that is "so thin the dc laser goes right through it".
You friggin moron if you cant say anything that makes even the least bit of sense you should stop posting your retarded methods and take the time to read over the board.

As for cheerio, there is a way of fixing that problem but you'll have to extract from the cdi (or w/e file you burned from) and likely change some stuff around in the ip.bin file. Unfortunately I do not have much knowledge about re-hacking as the game worked flawlessly on my machine but many people have reported problems with those two releases. I suggest that you search around the board or read the tutorials at :
