Works for me like this:
Make a copy of your original dvd with alcohol 120% latest version.
Choose 4x speed.
Check "Data position measurement" box and choose "high".
When it ask for DPM measurement speed choose 1x.
Mount the backup with Daemon Tools v4.00 and play.
I've not tested it with the latest patch v1.03 just the retail v1.0 but it should works.
Oh, you must unplug all cd/dvd drives for now, no ide emulation.
