Disconnect from the internet when installing the software.
If it asked which method to register the product, I am thinking with internet disconnected, use the "phone" method. Just click cancel on phone method and continue the the software install.
After 321 Studio's when out of business in St Louis, they stated NO SUPPORT for their products.
