No it isnt, this is warez..
Again people who dont read the rules..
We should force people who sign up to read the rules, put a time delay on the page so it wont go forward until after a couple of mins or so.
Then the continue button finally allows the user to click it.
Would stop most people not reading the rules and then posting crap :P
