No one cares here about whether you have warez at home or you don't. What does matter, however, is that you mustn't talk about warez on this forum: that is, don't ask where to get illegal copies of software, or how to make them work in case they don't really want to. It's this simple.

And, before you you'd say only pirates visit this board, let me tell you something. First, you're not an authority, so you don't have the right to question whether member X has the original copy of game Y. Second, the "innocent until proven guilty" rule should also apply here: NEVER assume that member X has a pirated copy of game Y. (Unless, as most newbies, he or she is stupid enough to say it explicitly or implicitly, or fall for the "tricky" questions, in which case he or she will get banned pretty soon anyway... ) Third, the rules are about TALKING about warez, not HAVING it. Iin case you wanted to come with the "you're all hypocrites" stuff, don't! This has been discussed many times before; use the SEARCH button.

On a sidenote: I've also been having Net access for a long time, 11-12 years. If you're also such a long time Net user, you certainly remember the so called Netiquette. It says that, when you enter a new forum, you should stay quiet for (at least) the first two weeks: don't post anything, just read threads (older and current ones). That should give you an idea on what's accepted and what's not. That could've worked here, too, I think. Good luck anyway.
