Xpand Rally and problem with installation

Hi,
Few months ago I install Xpand Rally on my computer and everything seems to run ok.
Last week I had some problems with daemon and alcohol 120% during installation of GTR FIA GT Racing Game.
I had to reload them and I did`t even get running that game but at the same time I have noticed that Xpand Rally stop functioning so I decide to reinstall it again.
That when the problem start. I can`t install that game even previously I did`t have problem with installation.
I get same massages (in french, cos that game installation is in my case in french ) :Erreur au niveau du reseau lors de la tentative de lecture du fichier C:\WINDOWS\Installer\Xpand Rally.msi
what roughly in english mean - Error on the level of the network at the time of the attempt at reading of the file C:\WINDOWS\Installer\Xpand Rally.msi.

I have no idea what is wrong and how to fix it and I thought that maybe somebody have similar problem or know haw to solve that problem.
