Every cheat I have seen says "enter xxxxx at the password screen". The only problem is that they don't tell you how to get to the password screen

I have unlocked one of the players via "ctrl-shift-j + t" and tried that profile, tried other profiles and even created my own profile. But there is no PW screen under "options". Does anyone know where it is or how to access it ?
