"A required security module can not be activated. This program can not be executed."
Any one else getting that error? Well here's the solution!
Ok ppl have already mentioned about changeing
cd1WarHammer.40000.Dawn.Of.War.Winter.Assault[CD1][PC][PDX.TEAM]www.Patrondivx.net.bwa
To:
mir-wh40kwa.bwa
and so on.
So im assuming youve done this to get the above error message!
Now the next problem is that when you run the game it searches for Alcohol120%, Daemon Tools, Anti-Blaxx and other copying / dodgy software
I got round this by:
1. Mounting mir-wh40kwa.BWT (using Daemon Tools), then exit it! (All emulation options OFF!)
2. using Anti-blaxx to hide the copying programs. Do this by setting it up as usual
And running any game (all this does is to hide the files for Daemon tools, Alchol120 etc)
3. Close Anti-Blaxx (as Warhammer Winter Assault will see Anti-Blaxx running and give you the above error!)
4. Now run the file W40kWA.exe from your warhammer folder (should be "c:\program files\thq\dawn of war")
