I never understood it, why do people find DOS so hard to understand? Well maybe since I literally grew up the OS. ApplyPPF is a DOS-based program, from what I remember, so your going to have to open a DOS prompt to make it work properly.

Start -> Run -> command

Then use the basic DOS commands to get to the directory where ApplyPPF, the PPF file, and the .CDI all reside:

CD (Change Directory)

CD.. (Go back one level/directory)

DIR (Directory, shows you what is on the drive)

C: (Changes drives)

That is the only basic DOS commands you need to know to successfully operate ApplyPPF, then use the required arguement that is shown in the README file. Like as follows:

applyppf e-sonic2.ppf e-sonic2.cdi
