You are probably having problems with SHORT AUDIO TRACKS (300 sectors).
Download a copy of CDMAGE and then open up the .cdi from within it.
Look at the first session and see if it is an audio track. If it is, check to see if the it is roughly 300 sectors in length. If so, you can use CDIRIP on the .cdi file and then use a utility called CUTTRACK on the audio file. Then burn the audio track and iso file by using CDRECORD from within DOS.
