What do you mean with "Where, when and with what should I start the patch 1.02?" When you start the patch (EXE-FILE) it normally should install itself! So in your case the patch does not sucessfully install itself or what dou you mean? Does version 1.0 work for you?
There is a new version of "GameJack 5" (5.0.4.1) out now since yesterday.
But first of all I would try to create a FULL-IMAGE of the DVD with the version, you've installed and try to run this IMAGE in the Virtual Drive.

If this also does not help, update the driver of your graphics card!

By the way, both methods (GameStarter & IMAGE) with this program work fine for me for version 1.0 and 1.02.
